We have a procurement cell having qualified Engineers and supporting staff to plan, procure and deliver necessary materials and equipment required for the project.
The responsibilities of Procurement Cell are:
- Floating enquiries to various suppliers / manufacturers.
- Evaluate commercial and technical offer received from various suppliers.
- Select proper materials required for the Project based on better quality and price.
- Prepare technical submittals for client’s approval.
- Negotiate with suppliers for price, delivery period and place order.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery of materials in time according to the site requirements.
- Purchase sundry materials locally for day to day requirements of the project

Our Main Store is located at Muaither having large facilities to store all brought out materials and equipment. Necessary stores Hangars and Fenced Yard, etc. being constructed on our own land having Air-conditioned Porta-cabins, computer facilities for store-keepers and store clerks etc. additional warehouse facilities at Industrial Area Street – 48.
a) 215M x 190M Main camp with fenced Cable Yard for storing cables and heavy equipment.
b) 20M x 40M Stores Hangars having sufficient Racks to store all materials.
c) 20M x 20M Air-conditioned Stores for keeping sensitive equipment and materials.
d) 20M x 40M open sheds for storing Transformers, Lighting Poles, etc.
e) Air-conditioned Porta-cabins having computer facilities for store-keepers and store clerks.
We have sufficient accommodation facilities located at Muaither (Main Camp), Industrial Area Street – 48 (Sub-Camp), Al Wakra and also in Dukhan Zekreet having large facilities to park the vehicles

Nippon Gakki Hamana Factory established in Hamakita-cho (present Hamamatsu city), Hamana-gun, Shizuoka Pref and production of our first product, the 125cc Yamaha motorcycle “YA-1” begins.

2000 - Opening up Limitless Worlds of Potential
Yamaha builds temporary pool “Suimu 21” for the main competition pool of the 9th World Swimming Championships in Fukuoka, Japan Yamaha succeeds in the high-concentration mass culturing.
2010 - Moving further with global operations and monozukuri reforms
Medium-term management plan with central pillars of structural reform and growth strategies announced. Start of increased manufactuaring of Japanese boats to assist Great East Japan Earthquake recovery efforts.
Workshop & Fabrication Yard
We have a well-equipped garage for maintaining heavy equipment and vehicles owned by our Company.
The garage in-charge is responsible for receiving complaints and arrange necessary repairing and maintenance of all vehicles and equipment. Routine maintenance and servicing of all vehicles and equipment are done at the garage.
We have a well-equipped Workshop and Fabrication Yard located in our complex at Maither.
All necessary equipment such as Welding Transformers, Welding Generators, Cutting Machines, Work Benches, Stand Drills, Bench Grinders, Compressors, Gas Cutters, Bending Machines, Hand Tools etc. are properly maintained to carry out necessary fabrication, painting, repairing etc. to meet all requirements of the Project.
